Our Story
Kennedy Electric, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Texas on October 17, 1979, and we converted operations to a new entity, KE Industrial LLC, on January 1, 2015 while retaining the same ownership. For the last 43 years, we have retained many of our original customers, as well as having experienced continued growth in our customer base.

Our Approach
From the beginning, our guiding principal has been doing what is right for the customer. We accomplish this by providing excellent workmanship at a fair price. Our key field personnel have many years of experience in the electrical industry as electricians, project managers, and cable splicers. Many of them are requested by name by our customers that are familiar with their work skills and abilities.

Rick Kennedy
Managing Member
50 years experience in all aspects of electrical construction, including project management, estimating, and office management. Master Electrician licenses in Texas and Arizona.
15 years experience in financial reporting and real estate. 12 years experience in internal accounting. 10 years experience in networking, computer systems, and webmastering.
Roger Oakes
Estimator, Project Manager
26 years experience as electrician, 9 years experience in electrical construction project management and estimating.
Ernest Dominguez, Jr.
Estimator/Project Manager/General Foreman
15 years experience in electrical construction and heavy equipment repair. 10+ years experience in other trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and welding.
